The challenge

Slow Fashion Movement Netherlands needed to step out of the shadow of shared infrastructure and run a platform of its own, one where the editorial team owns its content, its data and its publishing rhythm, without depending on third parties.

The approach

I architected and built an independent platform on Next.js with a self-hosted Strapi CMS as its backbone.

The result

A platform the movement genuinely owns. The editorial team publishes independently, and the foundation is in place to keep expanding. This is an ongoing partnership.
